We are all wasteful, we waste time, money, our bodies, our words, we are full of waste.
Getting rid of waste could mean simply to stop spending on something that brings no value.
It could mean stop doing things with no value, stop traveling around so much and accomplishing nothing.
For example I often buy food while Im at work or go out to eat.
#1 waste is wasting money. I have food at home I can take.
#2 waste is traveling and walking to places that are uneccesary. In order to get food I either have to go to the snack bar at my work around 10 minute walk or drive around 20 minutes total to go out to a fast food place. Usually I have to do both or go the snack bar twice if I pack no food.
If I simply take 5 minutes to make my food and pack it in the morning I avoid all of these wastes.
I have to be ever watchful of waste as it can pile up.
Everyday I ask myself what am I being wasteful with.
something that has helped me is to make a daily waste tracker. I put in things such as money spent, time on phone and calories. That way I can look through the data and see what I am really wasting my time, food and money on.
